This form will help you return items to Juniper Systems and ensure that we can track your shipment through this process. Please fill out the information below and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

Juniper Systems offers multiple repair expedite options. Please choose the option below that best meets your budget and time frame.

If a fee applies for expedite service, the repair technician will contact you for payment after they have completed physical evaluation of the unit before shipping back to you. So please specify the best contact method to avoid any delays.

Note: Repair expedite options do not include shipping time.
