Due to limited parts availability, repair services for the Mesa 2 Rugged Tablet will no longer be offered beginning 28 February 2025. Replacement models from the Mesa Rugged Tablet product line are available. Please contact sales@junipersys.com for assistance in purchasing a new device.

Due to supply chain issues, replacement screens used in the repair of early Mesa 2 units, as well as main system boards used in later Mesa 2 units, are no longer available. We recommend purchasing a newer model based on our Mesa 4 or Mesa 3 platform. Otherwise, while we are attempting to purchase stock of refurbished parts, future availability of these parts is uncertain. Because of this, unfortunately, we will have limited ability to repair Mesa 2 displays and mainboards going forward. Please see the details outlined below and reach out to us here for more information.
- New LCD-touchscreen replacement parts (referred to as LVDS) are no longer available for Mesa 2 units with a serial number previous to 259324. All other new parts remain available. On Mesa 2 devices with a serial number 259324 or later, we will continue to offer touchscreen replacements (referred to as Revision 5 displays). Touchscreen issues may be related to the following web pages instead, which can still be fixed.
- Mainboard replacement parts for non-warranty repairs are no longer being provided for Mesa 2 units with a serial number 259324 or later. All other parts remain available. On devices with a serial number previous to 259324, we will continue to offer mainboard replacements even for non-warranted repairs.
