Main system board and display repairs limited for Mesa 2

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact product part availability, the team at Juniper Systems is doing everything possible to secure parts and minimize the impact seen by our partners and users. Because of this, unfortunately, we will have limited ability to repair Mesa 2 displays and mainboards going forward. Please see the details outlined below and reach out to us here for more information.
- New LCD-touchscreen replacement parts are no longer available for Mesa 2 units with a serial number previous to 259324. All other parts remain available. On Mesa 2 devices with a serial number 259324 or later, we will continue to offer touchscreen display replacements.
- Mainboard replacement parts for non-warranty repairs are no longer being provided for Mesa 2 units with a serial number 259324 or later. All other parts remain available. On devices with a serial number previous to 259324, we will continue to offer mainboard replacements even for non-warranted repairs.
