BackMesa 2 will not power on

If the Mesa 2 unit will not turn on, you may need to hold the Power button for a full count of 20 seconds, release then wait a few seconds, attach (or remove for 2-3 seconds then re-attach) wall charger, and then briefly press the Power button again.
Additional ideas
1. Press and hold the Windows logo (Start) hardware button while briefly pressing the Power hardware button. If this works then a blue screen will appear with options such as Task Manager.
2. Press and hold the power button for 4 seconds. This should bring up the shutdown screen, at that point you should be able to swipe the screen down and shut the device down. From there press the Power button and let it power up.
3. Press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds until the red LED starts to blink really fast then you can let go of the power button, wait 3 sec and then power the device back on.
If you go to Settings > Systems > Power & Sleep, uncheck the Wi-Fi Settings on this page that keep the Wi-Fi connected while the unit goes to Sleep. This may prevent such an issue in the future. For additional details, see the following web page.
