ANDROID UPGRADE

Android 14 is now available for Mesa 3 Android tablets. For more information, see Install Android 14 on Mesa 3 Android Tablets.

Before upgrading to Android 14 from Android 9 or 11, you must submit the request form below. Include your contact information and the serial numbers and IMEI numbers of the tablets you want to upgrade. To find a tablet’s serial and IMEI number, select Settings > About tablet.

WARNING! Upgrading to Android 14 will erase all user data and apps. Back up your data and apps before upgrading. For instructions, see Back Up and Restore Android with Google.

Note: After upgrading to Android 14, the front camera will no longer function on tablets with the serial number 304060 and below.
