ANDROID UPGRADE

Submit a request to change major versions of Android, such as Android 9 to Android 11 on the Mesa 3. Please include the IMEI number of your unit(s) and your optional contact information. For more details, please see this page.

Before you upgr ade from Android 9 to 11, ensure your device has been backed up. On your device, go to Settings > Google > Backup. Tap Back up now if your device has not been backed up recently. After you have upgraded your unit, you will have the option to retrieve your data from A backup from the cloud. For more information about backing up your Android device, see the Android Help Center.

Note: The previous front-facing camera is not officially supported in Android 11. The camera may work, but we do not guarantee full operation or continued support.
