BackA2 Power Monitor error patch

The following patch utility is for an Allegro 2 or Archer 2 unit that is repeatedly displaying a "Power Monitor" error message stating that you must reset the system. To install, copy the following file to the handheld, locate the file in the File Explorer on the handheld, and then tap on the file to run. A soft Reset will be requested after this is run.
Just for reference, this utility sets a specific Windows registry key back to default value as follows.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Drivers\BuiltIn\Power]“ ChargeCapacity”=dword:29CC
