BackBluetooth issues after suspend and resume (off and on)

A patch has been created to resolve Bluetooth wireless technology connection issues on Allegro CX units with built-in Bluetooth. This patch applies to Allegro CX units that meet the following criteria:
- The Allegro CX was manufactured before August 2006.
- The Allegro CX has experienced issues with Bluetooth connections after the device has been suspended and resumed (i.e., after the Allegro has been turned off and back on) requiring a reset of the Allegro to fix the issue.
