CX Bluetooth built-in firmware patch

Click to download the Bluetooth firmware patch for Allegro CX Field PCs with built-in Bluetooth. It is recommended to install the operating system release 1.07a before proceeding.

This patch needs to be installed on Allegro CX units which meet the following criteria:

• The Allegro CX has experienced issues with Bluetooth connections after the device has been suspended and resumed (i.e., after the Allegro has been turned off and back on) requiring a reset of the Allegro to fix the issue.

Allegro CX units that do not meet the above criteria do not need to have this patch installed. This patch is pre-installed on newer units manufactured after July 2006. Download and run this file on your desktop PC. Instructions for installing to the Allegro CX will appear once you have finished running this program.
