Issues when Checking for Updates in software

In Juniper Aspect, to check for updates, go to the main screen on your desktop software and under Tools, click on Check for Updates.

If you see a screen that says, License Server Unavailable, in red writing, then the best thing to try is, go back one level, and then try to Check for Updates again. Sometimes waiting five to ten minutes helps as well.

If you have version and the “available version” is, then you do not need to update. You only need to look at the first three numbers and not worry about that fourth number. The same will go for with available version of
