AZERTY and QWERTZ virtual keyboards for Mesa

International AZERTY and QWERTZ virtual keyboards are available for the Mesa Rugged Notepad. To install, download then copy the below file(s) to the Mesa, and then tap on the file(s) while in File Explorer on the Mesa. Use Remove Programs control panel applet to uninstall (revert back to standard QWERTY).
Notes:
QWERTZ: Y and Z have been interchanged from the QWERTY keyboard
AZERTY: M remains where it is found on a QWERTY keyboard (bottom right next to the N)
