BackActiveSync network security conflict patch utility

This patch has been integrated in OS release 1.1.5 for the Mesa Rugged Notepad, though may still be needed just for while installing the OS update.
When network security conflicts with a Microsoft ActiveSync / Windows Mobile Device Center connection, the most common workaround used on Windows Mobile devices is to tap on Start > Settings > Connections > USB to PC icon and uncheck the "Advanced Network Functionality" checkbox. Though when this is done an issue has been encountered that may drop the connection unexpectedly, particularly when transferring large or multiple files.
Download, copy to, and then run the below patch utility on the rugged handheld computer to stabilize the connection when the "Advanced Network Functionality" has been disabled. You may need to Reset the handheld after installing the patch before it is fully applied.
