BackAllegro CX Keyboard Debounce Patch

Hardware buttons on the keyboard of the Allegro CX Field PC may be fairly sensitive, such as causing duplicate entries on a single press. Installing the following patch may reduce some of that sensitivity, though most often such issues are caused by a worn hardware component (switch matrix) which needs to be replaced at a certified repair center.
