BackDesiccant Pack Installation Kit

A kit is available for installing a desiccant pack inside the rugged handheld computer unit. This pack is useful for when operating the unit in coastal or other high humidity environments, especially when the unit is frequently exposed to rapid temperature changes (such as moving from a room temperature office environment to low outdoor temperatures). Installing a desiccant pack can help prevent possible long term corrosion to internal system components caused by condensation from moisture (water vapor) that may penetrate through the atmospheric pressure relief Goretex patch filter hole.
