Improved battery charge level indication

A firmware and hardware modification was implemented to improve battery charge level indication. This update helps the Allegro MX better detect when the battery pack has reached full charge so it can then update the software charge level indicator in the operating system. Though previous unmodified Allegro MX units still charge battery packs without issue, and the software charge level indicator may still update properly even without the modification.
