Minor modification to power vehicle dock

A minor modification was implemented on the Power Vehicle Dock for Mesa 3 and Mesa 2 (part number 25681) to prevent the pogo pins from getting stuck in the compressed position. If desired, customers that purchased powered vehicle docks before April 2023 can send them to the factory repair center to be modified with part number 31678.
