Enhanced serial port and USB docking pin hardware

New serial port and USB docking pin hardware are now available for older Allegro CE and CX Field PCs. All Allegro CX Field PCs manufactured after May 20, 2005 are equipped with the new enhanced hardware.

The enhanced hardware helps prevent corrosion on external metal components of the Allegro Field PC when operating in coastal environments or other environments presenting heavy, continuous water exposure. For pricing and upgrade information, please visit our Hardware Corrosion Retrofit FAQ website.
