Customize Your Report

Open the project you would like to export.

Files can be exported from the map view or the list view.

Verify all the information and formatting on the map is displayed how you would like it.

All project records will be included in the export. Filter out any project data you don't want to be included in the export.

Tap the Export icon in the top right corner.

On the Export Options screen, select Customize Report.

On this screen, you can choose which records and fields you would like included in the report.
Export a PDF File
Note: Because PDF export is not currently supported on Android, you must use Windows to export a PDF file. If you use Uinta on an Android device, you can access your project from a Windows device to create a PDF export.

Open the project you would like to export.

Files can be exported from the map view or the list view.

Tap the Export icon in the top right corner.

On the Export Options screen, under Fast Reports, select PDF.

You can add text, logos, or other additional attributes to the PDF.

Tap Advanced Options to change the page size, orientation, quality, zoom level, and layout.

When the PDF is ready, tap Export PDF.

The final PDF includes a legend for the map, any notes or logos you added, and summaries of each record and field.
Export an Excel File

Open the project you would like to export.

Files can be exported from the map view or the list view.

Tap the Export icon in the top right corner.

On the Export Options screen, under Fast Reports, select Excel.

An Excel spreadsheet will open with your information.

An individual tab will be created for each record, and a column will be created for each field in that record.

Export a Google Earth KML File

Open the project you would like to export.

Files can be exported from the map view or the list view.

Tap the Export icon in the top right corner.

On the Export Options screen, under Fast Reports, select KML.

If you have Google Earth installed, it will launch automatically.

The records and fields you are using will be shown on the left side of Google Earth.

Export a Shapefile

Open the project you would like to export.

Files can be exported from the map view or the list view.

Tap the Export icon in the top right corner.

On the Export Options screen, under Fast Reports, select the three-dot icon then choose Shapefile.

Each record will include individual shapefile files (.shp, .prj, .shx, and DBF).
