Mesa 3 Windows Lite model now available

With the end-of-life on the lower cost Mesa 2, we are now introducing a new Mesa 3 Windows Lite model. This provides a lower cost entry level model with 128GB storage, no integrated GNSS/GPS options, no cameras, and no option for a built-in battery. This does not apply to the Mesa 3 Android.
