Allegro stuck loading Windows CE instead of DOS

If an original Allegro F/PC (CE/DOS) is stuck loading Windows CE instead of booting into DOS, you must first perform a soft Reset by holding the hardware On/Off (Power) button for a full 5 seconds. When the unit starts to reboot and while it is performing RAM check, press the DEL (Delete) button. If this button is pressed in time, it will then show a Boot Menu. From the Boot Menu, press the Enter button while the Configuration option is highlighted. Use the arrow buttons to navigate down to Boot Options, press F1 or F2 repeatedly until it changes from "Windows CE" to "C: then A:", then press the ESC (Escape) button twice to exit the Boot Menu. The unit should now load DOS again.
