Factory Reset CP3

You can factory reset the CP3 through the settings or Android recovery mode.

Reset Using the Settings:

  1. Select Settings > System > Reset options > Erase all data.

  2. Select Reset Tablet. 

Warning: Doing this will delete apps and data. 

  1. Click "Erase Everything"  and the process will begin. Please allow up to 2 mins for this to complete.

Reset Using Android Recovery Mode:

  1. Turn the unit off.

  2. Press and hold the volume down and power button at the same time. 

  3. After the splash screen appears, let go of the power and volume down buttons. This will put you into the Android recovery mode. 

  4. Use the volume up and volume down to select the option to perform a factory reset of the device.
