Minor hardware enhancements related to touchscreen on Allegro 2

Many minor enhancements have been implemented over time for the touchscreen on the Allegro 2 and have now been finalized. These enhancements improve touch response such as by reducing the fairly uncommon occurrence of the red cross hairs getting stuck with repeating false input in the bottom-right corner of the screen. These enhancements do not completely eliminate all potential issues with the capacitive touchscreen, so the following web pages may still apply.
