U-Blox M8 firmware updates

u-Blox has released firmware updates for the M8 series GNSS receivers, such as for enabling support for Galileo and Beidou. Some general instructions for installing such a firmware update are provided in the following documents. The Mesa 2 Windows document applies to Mesa 3 Windows as well. Similarly, the Allegro 2 document can apply to Archer 2 as well.
