Mesa 2 OS version 18257 of Windows 10

OS version 18257 of Microsoft Windows 10 Pro for the Mesa 2 is now being provided on new units in production and optionally on units serviced at a certified repair center (requires setting the unit to factory defaults). This version pre-installs the latest updates from Microsoft, such as the Win10 April Update (1803). It also implements following minor changes.
- Incorporates updated manuals
- Added the LinkedIn app (as required)
No new cumulative patch update is being provided, so OS Patch Version 18088 will remain for existing units in the field. Units in the field can be updated through the default automatic Windows Update service.
