BackGeneric system software branding now available for Mesa 2

A generic branding of the operating system and firmware are now available for the Mesa 2 platform. This provides partners with a new option to offer the platform with their own hardware branding or no branding. Previously the system software was only available with Juniper Systems branding or with custom branding at cost. Some minimum branding is still required, but only under lower level system information and certifications/declarations.
