Storage Clean (format backup folder)

Warning: All data contained in the backup \Storage folder will be removed. Data contained on the main internal flash storage memory (root \Device and other sub-folders) will remain. If possible, move all data to another location before formatting the \Storage folder using this utility.

To remove all data from the backup \Storage folder on the Field PC before re-installing or updating the operating system, follow the steps outlined on page 28 of the Field PC Owner`s Manual or below.

1. Perform a Reset by pressing and holding the Power Button for 3 seconds then select Reset from the menu (or continue to hold the Power Button until the display flashes off).
2. Immediately press and simultaneously hold the Ctrl, Alt, and 2 keys.
3. Release all keys a couple of seconds after the Ultra-Rugged Field PC screen appears.

Confirmation that the Storage Clean worked is that no data is contained in the backup \Storage folder.
