Integrated RFID expansion now available

Update 6 March 2020 - Now applies to Mesa 3 as well.

New Mesa 2 units can now be purchased with an optional integrated ThingMagic Nano UHF RFID module expansion. As part of this, a BIOS update is being pre-installed on new units to support this.
