GrainGage will not connect or will disable shortly after connecting

Description

The first time after enabling a device the user gets a disconnect message that the console has lost connection. This requires the user to reconnect the device and start over. Also issue if any USB cables are disconnected the devices are disconnected.

KNOWN WORKAROUND

• Connect USB CAN Cable to computer before powering on the system console.
