Main system board update on Allegro MX

The Allegro MX main system board has been updated, replacing components that have been discontinued. The new system board is now blue instead of green, as visible under the battery. A new separate operating system (OS) build is now provided to support the new board to go along with (not replace) the latest OS build for previous green system board units.
