Archer 2 enhanced system board

The main system board in newer Archer 2 units has been enhanced as follows.

• The integrated GNSS (GPS) module has been changed to a slightly different model to improve integration into the system. Overall specifications have remained the same.
• Additional circuit protection has been implemented to better protect against over-voltages, short circuits, or similar events that may occur with the external ports on the bottom field replaceable I/O module. This also adds support for the new optional custom 12V (at up to 6W output) I/O module.

   

To check if a particular unit has the newer main system board, look for Board Revision 0.4.5.1 or higher under Start > Settings > System > System Information > System ID.
