Firmware updates for Mesa 2 Windows

24 Aug 2021

Custom firmware (UEFI and ULPMC) updates are available for the Mesa 2. For details regarding changes in each version, see the lists at the end of this article. The instructions below are for Windows model units. If you have an Android model unit, please contact support@junipersys.com for assistance.

In some cases, the firmware update process can appear to fail. Simply perform a restart and try again. In the unlikely event that the device is unable to restart due to a failed or partial firmware update, service may be required at a certified repair center.

NOTE (25Oct22): If you are using BitLocker you will need a recovery key after the firmware is installed. For more information, see Finding your BitLocker recovery key in Windows.
