BackReset Forgotten PIN on Archer 4

If you forget the PIN for your Archer 4, you can perform a factory reset to erase the device and reset the PIN.
CAUTION: Performing a factory reset permanently erases all data on the Archer 4.
Option 1: Using your Google Account
If you have signed in to your Google Account on the Archer 4,
- Make sure the Archer 4 is connected to external power and is connected to Wi-Fi.
- On another device, go to www.google.com/android/find/about or open the Find My Device app.
- Sign in to your Google Account.
- Select the Archer 4 that you want to reset.
- Select Factory reset device.
Google resets the device.
- Sign in to the Archer 4 device with your Google account password.
- Set up a new PIN and password.
Option 2: Return to a Certified Repair Center
If you have not signed in to Google with your Archer 4 or have forgotten your Google account credentials, you will have to return the device to a certified Juniper Systems repair center to be reset. To start the process, go to junipersys.com/support/repair-instructions.
