Sierra Wireless Driver Package for Mesa Pro

The Mesa Pro tablet uses multiple Sierra Wireless drivers bundled into one package. The device drivers are designed to work together.

CAUTION: Do not attempt to uninstall or reinstall the Sierra Wireless drivers individually.

Uninstall Sierra Wireless Driver Package

To uninstall the Sierra Wireless driver package,

  1. Tap and hold the Windows Start    button.

  2. Select Installed apps from shortcut menu.

  3. In Search apps, type Sierra

  4. Next to Sierra Wireless Broadband INF Package, tap the menu icon  and select Uninstall.
    Windows confirms you want to uninstall the driver package.

  1. Tap Uninstall.

Reinstall Sierra Wireless Driver Package

To reinstall the Sierra Wireless driver package,

  1. Open the Device Settings app.

  2. From the Update screen, tap Check for updates.
    Mesa Pro detects that the Sierra Wireless driver package is missing.

  3. Tap Download and apply.

Note: If your tablet doesn't have access to the internet, download and install the OS patch to reinstall the Sierra Wireless Driver package. Refer to OS and Firmware for the Mesa Pro (junipersys.com).
