Mesa 2 OS build 19077 of Windows 10

Operating system build 19077 of Microsoft Windows 10 Pro for the Mesa 2 is now being provided on new units in production and optionally on units serviced at a certified repair center (requires setting the unit to factory defaults). This version replaces OS 19043 for correctly installing the cellular modem drivers as well as returning them to previous versions for automated Verizon activation.

Units in the field can be updated through the default automatic Windows Update service, using the separate 19043 cumulative patch update installer, and using the cell modem driver update installers.
