Enroll Archer 4 into SOTI MobiControl

The Archer 4 is compatible with SOTI MobiControl, a popular mobile device management (MDM) provider.

If you want to use SOTI MobiControl to manage your Archer 4 fleet, contact SOTI customer support for information on setting up a management policy. 

An Archer 4 can only be enrolled in a company’s MobiControl management policy if it has not already been through the initial setup process. If the Archer 4 has completed the initial setup, perform a factory reset on the device. Go to Settings > System > Reset options > Erase all data (factory reset) > Erase all data > Erase all data. Note: Factory reset will erase any data, Google accounts, and applications on the device. 

To enroll an Archer 4 in your company's MobiControl management policy,

  1. From the Hi there sceen, select your preferred language. (The remaining instructions assume English.)
  2. Tap Start.
  3. Connect to a Wi-Fi network.
  4. When asked to Copy apps and data, select Don’t copy.
  5. When prompted to enter a Google Account, enter afw#mobicontrol. Tap Next.
  6. At the notification that the device belongs to your organization, tap Next
  7. When prompted, enter your Enrollment ID or Server Address. (Your company device manager can provide that.)
  8. Accept the MobiControl terms. Grant MobiControl the requested permissions.

Your Archer 4 is enrolled in your SOTI MobiControl and ready to use.
