The mainboard 06 revisions began shipping in June 2021 with serial number 300183.
The 06 revision to the Mesa 3 Windows mainboard includes:

Updates to the 12 V DC External and 12 V DC Dock to reduce the power multiplexer failures. This reduces the chance of being unable to charge the battery on the Mesa.
