Mesa 2 OS build 19137 of Windows 10

Operating system build 19137 of Microsoft Windows 10 Pro for the Mesa 2 is now being provided on new units in production and optionally on units serviced at a certified repair center (requires setting the unit to factory defaults). This version incorporates latest updates from Microsoft, as well as other changes as detailed in the release notes.

Units in the field can be comparably updated through the default automatic Windows Update service and using the separate 19043 cumulative patch update installer.
