Geode Reset
15 Dec 2021
The Geode can be reset in two ways: Soft Reset or Receiver Reset. A Soft Reset reconfigures the Geode to its default settings. A Receiver Reset does the same, but it also clears all ephemeris, almanac, and clock data. The Geode will re-download this data the next time it connects with a positioning satellite. After a Reciever Reset, the best practice is to turn on the Geode outside under open sky and wait 25 minutes to ensure a complete almanac has been restored.
