Responsibilities

The role of the compensation committee is to oversee the implementation of compensation policies for the corporation. Specifically, the compensation committee will:

  • Evaluate and recommend the compensation plan for corporate officers and senior executives

  • Conduct performance evaluations of corporate officers

  • Monitor other internal committees to ensure corporate human resources policies, compensation, and benefits programs comply with applicable laws and regulations

  • Ensure that compensation is fair to both employees and stockholders
