The most obvious difference between the Mesa 3 and the Mesa Pro is size. The Mesa Pro has a larger screen at 10”. This allows space to have more programable buttons and ports as well as an additional removable battery. The Mesa Pro is running on a newer Intel processor architecture which allows for more demanding tasks, larger data sheets and more programs running at once. The Mesa Pro also has multiple storage options at time of purchase.  

Additionally, users are able to access Band14 spectrum with their Mesa Pro device. 

The Mesa Pro is now available running Windows 11 with optional IOT Enterprise and Pro versions available. 

It does! The 43.2-Whr battery provides hot-swapping capabilities. Users can gain additional run time with the optional second battery. 

The Mesa Pro weights 3.4 lbs (1.76 kg). Weight varies depending on battery options and different configurations.

The Mesa Pro’s screen measures 10.1’’ (256.54 mm) diagonally and has a resolution of 1920x1200.

In short, yes! The Mesa Pro is a complete computer in a compact rugged form factor. The Windows 11 OS is the same as any laptop or desktop PC. This allows you to run all your data collection apps, office software, etc. The optional Mesa dock allows for a traditional office experience for the Mesa.
